• All of our jewellery is made from natural pearls and gemstones, so slight variations in colour, size and texture are to be expected and make each piece individual to you.

Postage and Delivery

• Please allow up to 28 days for your order to arrive.  If you require an item in a hurry, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss your requirements.
• All items are sent via Recorded Delivery.

Terms of Sale

• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return the item in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt for full refund or exchange.  Postage costs will only be refunded in the unlikely event that the item is found to be faulty.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if faulty.
• Orders can be placed securely online through PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to use this option, just a valid debit or credit card.   For other methods of payment please contact us.
• Orders can only be accepted from within the UK.
